    We will work with you and your supplier to ensure your production order is meeting the required milestones and will handle any issues as they may arise on your behalf.

  • Your Critical Path is an essential project management tool identifying and prioritizing tasks and dates needed to get your new collection to market.  It provides a roadmap highlighting all the processes and steps involved in the production of your collection providing understanding on how decisions and delays affect your overall project risks and timelines.

  • Typically, it can include - the initial sample stage, development or sourcing of key fabrics, performance testing, final sample approvals, production start and management to QC and finally Ex-factory - every aspect that allows us to deliver your project to the right quality, price and on time.

  • Yes. The right communication will be key in getting the best from your suppliers, avoiding unnecessary time-consuming issues, promoting a smooth process and ultimately improving your production outcomes!

    It is therefore essential this is managed well and consistently using the right ‘factory language’ so all parties understand what is needed

  • Most suppliers will set their own terms, and this can usually be negotiated. We have extensive experience advising our clients as to what is reasonable and at what various stages it should be made.

  • It’s in the detail; we will advise on all aspects of your bulk production even down to how your supplier should pack according to your specifications of style/colour/size so that once it arrives with you it’s easy to manage for web orders etc.

  • We can advise and assist you with the Quality Control process to ensure it is conducted to the agreed quality parameters before production has left the factory. This can involve travel to the factory location if required.

     

    We can conduct these factory visits on your behalf or accompanied and introduce you to the process allowing you to continue as you see fit. We have a high level of experience and expertise with factory processes, capabilities and offerings both in the UK, Europe and Rest of World with stringent processes in place to manage any potential pitfalls.

  • Yes, we can either be fully involved with regular project calls and factory updates/ meetings or simply provide an advisory service mentoring you through the areas you need most support helping you keep your project on track.

  • We have considerable experience in organising factory/ supplier visits for development handover/ production planning/quality control etc. Covering all well-known regions and these trips can either be accompanied or independent.
