The creative Concept Review process allows us to work closely with you to drill down into (the details of) your brand and business objectives, with the result of a full bespoke product strategy at the end. Essentially it will work as your production ‘roadmap’ and is a great way to start your product journey.

We’ll start with an initial free discovery call (15 minutes) to confirm we are the right partner for you before you commit to anything.

If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll then book you in for your full Discovery Session (usually between 1 to 2 hours) to delve into the detail of your project, helping to build out your Creative Concept Review and ultimately your Bespoke Project Strategy. We’ll have an open and structured discussion on what stage you are at, what bottlenecks you are experiencing and where you need most support.

This roadmap will take you from your initial design concept right through all the relevant stages for your brand to get to market.

Our standard price for the Concept Review with Bespoke Strategy starts at £1,375.00 and is usually dependant on the number of unique styles your collection contains.

 
 

Your Bespoke Product Strategy

This Strategy will provide you with a clear path on the key milestones of Design Development, Sourcing and Production and how to approach them. It will also include:

  • Design Development - fitness for purpose (fabric/product/garment construction).

  • Analysis and feasibility of current offering, market competitors and relevant enhancements.

  • Product development process - from design concept and tech packs to production and critical path requirements.

  • Sampling processes - how to get started and how to ensure you get what you want at the end.

  • Sourcing - Direction on types of manufacturers to approach, ethical guidelines, compliance etc.

  • Production definition - what to expect and how to manage critical paths/costings etc.

  • Further Video Session/Face to Face Meeting to discuss all aspects and clarify next steps in line with your timescale and budget.

This Bespoke Product Strategy will be invaluable in helping you stay on track, pre-empt what’s coming next and prepare for any big decisions in advance.
